Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Infuse Player, a Fire TV media player operated by Craftisan Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using Infuse Player, or by linking a Google account to Infuse Player, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Infuse Player lets you sign in with Google and browse or stream media files you store in Google Drive on a compatible television device. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use Infuse Player if you are under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). You are responsible for the Google account and device you use with Infuse Player.
4. Your Google account & content
- You authorize Infuse Player to access your Google profile and read‑only Drive data as described during Google’s consent screen and in our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your Drive files. Infuse Player does not claim ownership of your content.
- You must only use Infuse Player with content you have the right to access and play.
- You can revoke Google access or unlink Infuse Player at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the API, authentication flow, or attempt to bypass security controls
- Use Infuse Player to distribute malware or infringe others’ intellectual property
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where allowed by law
- Use Infuse Player in violation of Google’s terms or applicable law
6. Third‑party services
Infuse Player depends on Google OAuth and Google Drive. Those services are governed by Google’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by Google or your device platform (e.g. Fire TV).
7. Intellectual property
Infuse Player, its branding, and related software are owned by Craftisan Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our software except as needed to use the app in the normal way on your device.
8. Disclaimers
Infuse Player is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftisan Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Infuse Player. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Infuse Player in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using Infuse Player at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service or your access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
